The office is OUT-OF-NETWORK with all insurance. Direct Primary Care membership is $189/month ($209 in 2025), and office visits other than an Annual Physical have a fee of $85 ($95 in 2025). There is usually a small price increase each year. You'll use your insurance to pay for the expensive items: medications, laboratory studies, blood tests, vaccines, imaging, specialist fees, emergency room visits, surgeries, and procedures.
