If you’d like to do self-swabs at home, let us know. We’ll furnish you with the appropriate swabs and tubes. Follows the instructions below, label the tubes with your name and DOB, and drop off at the lab (usually Quest Diagnostics) along with a paper copy of the Lab Order.
